1 - Create a list of possible everyday triggers

Triggers are important in the lives of those suffering from PTSD. Some triggers are well known and recognized, such as anniversary of the traumatic event, some are under the radar. By using a list with some of potential everyday triggers, the family member can help the affected person to recognize better what sets him/her off. The list already has some potential triggers listed and there is space to add new ones.

The aim of this exercise is to raise awareness of everyday triggers for the affected individual as well as the family members.
