The caregiver should ask the person being cared for to write down the negative thoughts or emotions that they usually feel on a sheet of paper. Then, together they should search the Internet for inspirational phrases or emotions for negative thoughts or emotions to be replaced by positive thoughts and emotions. Later, these phrases from the internet can be printed, cut and pasted into a notebook or book. The caregiver and the caregiver will be able to creatively decorate the book for the caregiver to open and read whenever they feel down or in the presence of more negative thoughts and emotions.
